AEGEE-Europe mandates, from 1995 to 1998

Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants d’Europe

1995-1997 AEGEE-Toulouse: volunteer, diverse mandates until president

1997-1998 AEGEE-Europe: 1-year mandate at the European Comité Directeur in Brussels

The European students NGO gathered then 15 000 members.

Responsible of the internal education, I filed the NGO archives and wrote from them a collection of mini guides to distribute to the members in local antennas, according to their personal investment level:

  • a guide on the history of the NGO for the new members
  • a guide for the organisation and the fund raising of a local event
  • a guide for the organisation and the fund raising of a Summer University (hosting of other members during a 2-weeks thematic journey, for 100 euros per member)

I also organised two European Schools, one in Trier (Germany) and one in Ljubljana (Slovenia). European Schools are intense internal training programmes, for future candidates running for the European Comité Directeur.
Former members were invited to joined to animate the trainings and advise the participants in the development of their imaginary projets for the week.

Sergio Caredda HR Director Retail EMEA at VF Corporation Marina's experience within the AEGEE-Europe board was valuable and effective. Her contribution towards the education area was in line with the expectations of the organisation, and she achieved a lot. 16 mai 2006, Sergio encadrait Marina chez AEGEE-Europe
