Consultancy in marketing strategy
Mission: help the marketing department in the refoundation of the global websites system (Microsoft Sharepoint: 42 local websites in 13 languages)
Project management: I animated 3 half-days workshops in strategic marketing for the whole department’s team, in order to identify the strategic goals (SWOT) and the interests of the targeted groups.
From the collected elements, I defined the specifications for the web agencies, in order to prepare the refoundation of the global websites system.
