Strategy for the refoundation of the Intranet

I made an audit of the existing Intranet and developped a strategy for the new one, based on the needs of both employees and directors.

In short

  • study of the existing Intranet and of the real use of the content via statistics
  • internal survey amongst local and mobile departments
  • focus group with 30 voluntary employees
  • hired a senior coach to interview directors
