FitMyNest is a social company under a cooperative statute, that offers building modular cohousings.
Its aim: to ease the access to co-housing and offer families living spaces that can adapt to each stage of their life.
It offers a complete methodology:
- to support the creation of healthy communities, thanks to SALT methodology, which is complementary and prior to setting up the decision processes (sociocracy 3.0);
- to offer flexible financing solutions to ease access to property for families;
- to build 20+ modular appartements buildings, that allow the rotation across the generation.
It is a nice partner for traditional Real Estate companies that want to embrace social innovation.
The project is lead by a team of experienced professionals.
I launched and developed this cohousing cooperative, together with other cooperators, and contributed to the Sohonet label working group
