Worldwide websites strategy workshop

I animated 3 half-days of strategic workshops with the headquarters’ marketing team.


The target was to create a strategy for the refoundation of the global websites system (Microsoft Sharepoint: 42 local websites in 13 languages). We worked on strategic goals, SWOT, and personas.
From the collected elements, I defined the specifications for the web agencies.
