Strategy for the refoundation of the Intranet
I made an audit of the existing Intranet and developped a strategy for the new one, based on the needs of both employees and directors.

- study of the existing Intranet and of the real use of the content via statistics
- internal survey amongst local and mobile departments
- focus group with 30 voluntary employees
- hired a senior coach to interview directors
