Digital strategy for the Belgian website and social medias
I audited the digital situation of the brand in Belgium compared to competitors, then created a digital strategy for the website and social medias.
Mission
I set up KPIs and supported the stakeholders in redefining the SEA and Google Analytics policies. I launched the social medias and trained the marketing team members on SEO copywriting and conversion funnels. I highlighted the digital strategic pitfalls to the management team.
At the end of the mission, the client hired a specialist in order to follow-up our work, and apply my recommendations.
