My team had to identify and rewrite the web content to optimize for SEO. I dedicated an onsite resource for this project, for 2 to 3 days a week, and made periodic follow-up with the internal SEO copywriter. Follow-up meetings were also organized bi-monthly with the client.

In short:

  • created a business case from stakeholders needs
  • studied the existing website
  • allocated resources to work on SEO copywriting against heavy competition
  • weekly reporting with KPIs and recommendations to stakeholders

Results:

  • Over 90 pages optimized
  • 45 keywords gained positions: 
    • for 27 of them: +1 or +2 ;
    • for 18 of them: +3 or more
