It is sometimes difficult to organize thoughts, ideas or articles when you don’t have access to tags or categories. Here I share with you several trickes I use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Categorize articles maturity in a CMS like WordPress<\/h2>\n\n\n

In front of each draft title, I add “0. ”  to “4. ” (the space is important) , to identify the maturity level of each draft. Then I can easily find them back via the internal articles search engine.<\/p>\n\n\n

Categorize items in iOS Photos<\/h2>\n\n\n

It’s easy to create categories, but a very long manual workload to manipulate them by hand. You can then use your puzzles skills to solve this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Recent folder: go to Select and select them all by hand by dragging all of them at once<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mark all selected items as Favorites<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In Favorites, select the item to categorize, then Menu \u2026 : Move to an album\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When you\u2019re lost with what has been categorized or not, open each album \u00a0Select -> select all (by hand) or Select all, then Menu \u2026 : Unfavorite. All the remaining items in Favorites still need to be categorized<\/p>\n\n\n\n
