It seems on the contrary we have to think strategically beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What we see in our organizations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>AI divides, some people use it without a legal framework, others are affraid of it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are pushed to &#8220;be competitive&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologies are developping very very fast, at the cost of huge investments and cash burning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global warming asks us to be extra careful with social responsability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The legal framework helps, a bit, with the AI Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s see how we can handle this.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-set-up-a-framework\">1. Set up a framework<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the first step to avoid any annoying effects of the most adventurous colleagues. It is important to minimize beyond limits uses, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A selection of authorized European AI, for data soverainity <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear GDPR instructions, for legal risk management and data breach cybersecurity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental impacts counciousness, for social responsability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IA limits and errors counciousness, for quality management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This framework will secure teams&#8217; uses and prepare your mind for the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-what-get-inspired-with-existing-cases\">2.
