Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son atelier &#8220;World Caf\u00e9&#8221; ax\u00e9 sur la question <strong>&#8220;What issues did you face on the people side of SAP?&#8221;<\/strong>, nous avons pu analyser sous un nouvel axe, forc\u00e9ment plus orient\u00e9 d\u00e9veloppeurs, les freins \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption d&#8217;un nouveau syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ce que je retiens de cette journ\u00e9e:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les d\u00e9veloppeurs sont en bonne positionnement pour recueillir les plaintes, mais ne sont pas outill\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre aux questions non techniques ; ils ont besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre <strong>inclus d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus de conception, comme membre \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re d&#8217;une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Une partie des utilisateurs freine car elle pense qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;est pas capable de s&#8217;adapter aux nouveaux outils. Du<strong> coaching individuel<\/strong> doit \u00eatre organis\u00e9 pour permettre \u00e0 ces personnes de reprendre confiance en elles-m\u00eames, sous peine de voir leur poids handicaper la pleine impl\u00e9mentation du projet.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;\u00e9motion et la passion sont les deux meilleurs v\u00e9hicules du partage et de l&#8217;implication.
