I based my rules upon experience and my learning of neuro sciences:

1. Build tools upon needs, not upon trends: analyze trends through the lenses of your needs
2. Don’t rush on fancy tools, manage your risks
3. Documentation and regular feedback meetings are key for a fluid and updated workflow
4. Tags granularity: plan 3 types of tags
   1. vertical per details levels
   2. horizontal per departments
   3. transversal per themes
5. Naming conventions: max 7 items per topic, max 7 topics per group, etc.
